The ACA Portal is a fast and easy way to process and pay for Occupancy and Work Permits for people wishing to use the NYS Canal Corporation-owned property.

NYS Canal Corporation Real Property is planning to release the Accela Customer Access (ACA) Portal later this year.

This will be a browser-based website application that can be used from any computer or mobile device.

The ACA Portal is a fast and easy way to process and pay for Occupancy and Work Permits for people wishing to use the NYS Canal Corporation-owned property.

  • Verify if your property borders Canal property in order to be considered for a Permit
  • Apply for Occupancy Permit
  • Apply for Work Permit
  • Submit necessary supporting documentation.
  • Access to download versions of documentation.
  • Access to Fee Invoices both current and historical
  • Pay Annual Occupancy Permit Fee and view payment history
  • Pay Application and Work Fees and view payment history
  • Ability to update your user contact information.
