Permission Needed to Film or Photograph
For the safety or your staff and our employees, prior to going to any Canal facility including Locks, Lift Bridges and Guard Gates, contact our office at (518) 433-6734 for permission to interview, film or photograph on the NYS Canal System.
We pledge to be as helpful as possible to coordinate the necessary arrangements for your staff.
Logos & Identities
Email public.info@canals.ny.gov to request a copy of the Canals logo or any of its identities such as those for the Canalway Trail. You must cc the email address of the Canals or NYPA employee with whom you are working.
