Notice to Mariners

Oswego, Central Erie and Cayuga/Seneca Canals

July 27, 2021

Mariners are advised that a "No Wake Zone" has been established for Oswego Canal Lock O-1 (Phoenix) to Lock O-8 (Oswego), the Central Erie Canal from Oneida Lake to Cayuga/Seneca Canal Lock C/S-1 (Cayuga) including Cross Lake due to high water levels resulting from recent heavy rainfall on the Oswego, Central Erie and Cayuga/Seneca Canals.

Boaters must proceed with caution, at a "No Wake" speed until further notice.
