Erie Canal – Scotia to Frankfort

July 9, 2021

Mariners are advised of floating debris and strong currents due to recent heavy rainfall in the Mohawk River from Erie Canal Lock E-8 in Scotia to Lock E-19 in Frankfort, particularly at the downstream approaches to locks.

Boaters should proceed with caution through these areas.
