Notice to Mariners

Western Erie Canal – Lockport to Pendleton

August 4, 2024

 

Mariners are advised that the Canal is closed to navigation from Erie Canal Lock E-34/35 in Lockport to the Pendleton Guard Gate 18 due to a down powerline above the navigation channel, until further notice. National Grid has been notified.    

An update will follow.

Boaters should plan their itineraries accordingly.
