Notice to Mariners

Oswego Canal – Phoenix

May 28, 2024

Mariners are advised that the Culvert St. (bascule) Lift Bridge (O-4) over the Oswego Canal, north of Oswego Canal Lock O-1 in Phoenix, is now fully operational and can pass all vessels regardless of air draft.  As previously noted, full width capability at Lock O-1 has been restored but will only be accommodated on an as-needed basis until permanent repairs to the upper left gate can be completed.
