Notice to Mariners

Oswego Canal – Phoenix

May 24, 2024

Mariners are advised that the Culvert St. (bascule) Lift Bridge (O-4) over the Oswego Canal, north of Oswego Canal Lock O-1 in Phoenix, is inoperable due to an electrical issue and is in the down position. Vessel passage is limited to vessels with a maximum overhead clearance of 10 feet. Maintenance staff has been notified.
