MEDIA ADVISORY: DIRECTOR STRATTON TO ATTEND CAPITAL REGION CANAL CLEAN SWEEP EVENTS
Volunteer groups and individuals from across New York State are joining together for the 10th annual Canal Clean Sweep, a spring cleaning of the New York State Canals and Canalway Trail, during the weekend of Friday, April 17 to Sunday, April 19. This year, more than 100 Canal Clean Sweep events will be held statewide. New York State Canal Corporation Director Brian U. Stratton will be attending various Canal Clean Sweep events throughout the Capital Region on Saturday, April 18.
